  • A full renovation lasting many months. Our scope covered everything: new floors, added bathrooms, all of the trade coordination, interior design and the complete fit-out, to create two of the most luxurious short-term rental properties in Scotland.

    Tall sash windows and ornate cornicing set the scale. Deep upholstered sofas, crystal chandeliers and concealed cove lighting make the living rooms as warm in the evening as by day, while full-height upholstered wall panels and brass reading lights keep the bedrooms calm.

    The result: the owner now earns more than 70% more from the same two properties.
