Both. SANNA is a design-led studio with its own delivery team, so the same company designs your project and builds it, from strip-out and structural work through to joinery, finishing and final styling.

Yes, for small to medium-sized building and renovation projects. Our experienced project manager runs the programme, trades and quality on site, from strip-out and structural work through to finishing. On larger developments we're equally happy to work alongside your own architect or main contractor.

We work on full home renovations, high-end residential interiors and hospitality projects, including boutique hotels, restaurants, bars, guest accommodation and selected luxury short-term rental properties.

Yes. We manage the whole project, from concept and design through strip-out, building and structural work, first-fix and finishing joinery, trades, installation, styling and handover. Where a project needs a structural engineer, architect or building warrant, we coordinate that as part of the job.

Yes. We design and deliver bespoke joinery such as wardrobes, media walls, boot rooms, storage, bars, cabinetry, bespoke headboards and feature pieces.

Yes. We can source and coordinate furniture, bespoke furniture, lighting, curtains, blinds, soft furnishings, accessories and styling. As part of our wider team, we also partner with a local Scottish company that can create bespoke headboards, curtains, blinds and tailored soft furnishing pieces.

Yes. SANNA works across hospitality and premium guest accommodation interiors, including boutique hotels, restaurants, bars and selected luxury short-term rental properties. Our team understands how to create interiors that look premium, function well and stand up to real-world use.
